Dekalb Commons is a new construction project that includes 84 units of affordable residential housing within 3 buildings in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City. The project broke ground in July 2023 through a partnership of St. Nicks Alliance & Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation.

The project will serve a mix of family sizes and low- and moderate-income levels, including a set-aside for formerly homeless individuals and families. The buildings will be built as all-electric, passive house buildings, making these buildings extremely energy efficient.

1187 Fulton will also include a 1,100+ SF ground floor commercial space.
