Director of Institutional Development

(Full-time position)
The Director of Institutional Development is responsible for St. Nicks Alliance’s institutional fundraising strategy. S/he will have a primary focus on foundations, soliciting major gifts and corporate donations.

Face-to-Face Marketing Associate

(Full-time position)
The Marketing Associate will attend events to engage the community and collaborate with the team and partners in developing marketing approaches for successful engagement and enrollment.

Director of People and Culture

(Full-time position)
St. Nicks Alliance, a North Brooklyn, non-profit, committed to Transforming lives, seeks an experienced in-person Director of People and Culture (DPC). The DPC will embrace the organization’s Transformational culture aligned to overall organizational objectives while managing staff concerns and human resources services.



(Full-time position)
This position is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within Local and State compliance and regulations. The Custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down the stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.

Afterschool Group Leader

(Full-time position)
The afterschool Group Leader will actively monitor and engage participants during all program activities, including meals, transitions, field trips, clubs, activities, recreation and dismissal. They will also lan and facilitate purposeful and engaging activities including literacy, science, recreation, and on-going clubs or theme-based projects catered to the age, stage and interests of participants.

Tech Recruitment and Case Specialist

The Tech Recruitment and Case Specialist candidate will work to support the works to support the Tech Literacy trainings. The candidate will also help support our growing Technology training including recruiting, screening, developing tech literacy data analytics, IT help desk support internships, and job placements for our credentialed training in technology.

Skills Training Program Coordinator (Building Maintenance, HVAC, and Urban Greenscaping)

We are currently seeking a program coordinator to support our new young adult building maintenance training, Urban Greenscaping, and HVAC program. The Building Careers in Building Maintenance program (BCIBM) is a collaboration of committed building management employers including St. Nicks Alliance’s own housing management, CUNY’s City Tech, NY Safety & Training, and other community partners to develop, lead and provide credentialed Building Maintenance Technician training to 55 young adults (ages 18-24) leading to full-time, permanent, jobs with a career path at our BCIBM partner employers as well as other residential housing management companies.
