Director of Institutional Development
(Full-time position)
The Director of Institutional Development is responsible for St. Nicks Alliance’s institutional fundraising strategy. S/he will have a primary focus on foundations, soliciting major gifts and corporate donations.
Property Accounting Controller
(Full-time position)
The Property Accounting Controller has primary responsibility for overseeing and directing fiscal strategy, real estate fiscal management, accounting, compliance, and audits within the St. Nicks Alliance Affordable Housing Portfolio.
HOUSING JOBS
Custodian
(Full-time position)
This position is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within Local and State compliance and regulations. The Custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down the stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.

The Resident (live-in) working Superintendent performs maintenance and upkeep of assigned property managed by St. Nicks Alliance.
Case Manager
(Full-time position)
The Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive services for individual and families in Supportive Housing.
Clerk—Residential Assistant
(Full-time position)
The Clerk-Residential Assistant under the direct supervision of the Deputy Director of Supportive Housing performs administrative services for the Supportive Housing Program Residential Department and assist with serving over 300+ households.
YOUTH & EDUCATION JOBS
High School Social Worker (LTW)
(Full-time position)
St. Nicks is seeking a social worker to provide services between two of its school contracts. One of which is the at its innovative Learning-to-Work (LTW) program located at a transfer High School in Bushwick Brooklyn. They will be serving youth between the ages of 17 to 21.
Afterschool Group Leader
(Full-time position)
The afterschool Group Leader will actively monitor and engage participants during all program activities, including meals, transitions, field trips, clubs, activities, recreation and dismissal. They will also lan and facilitate purposeful and engaging activities including literacy, science, recreation, and on-going clubs or theme-based projects catered to the age, stage and interests of participants.
