St. Nicks Alliance Elder Care Team delivers high quality services designed to meet the needs of today’s seniors.  Through a connected range of services, we provide Home Care, Assisted Living, Older Adult Centers with transportation, Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) at Lindsay Park, Social Adult Day Care and employment opportunities.

HOME CARE

Our Home Care Program has been providing compassionate and reliable personal care services to seniors and their families since 1980.  The The New York City Human Resource Administration (HRA) consistently ranks St. Nicks Alliance Home Care as an outstanding program.

Eligibility

Our Intake Professionals will be happy to guide you and your loved one through the Medicaid and NYC Home Care application process.

CDPAP. We also provide the Medicaid Consumer Directed Services Program (CDPAP) for those who prefer to employ their own home care worker. You choose qualified Medicaid eligible caregivers while we take care of processing payroll.

    Requirements

    Shifts range from three hours per day to live-in assignments, with training, paid time off, and benefits. Great opportunity for those passionate about helping and caring for others.

    Older Adult Centers

    Our two Older Adult Centers (OACs), Swinging Sixties OAC (211 Ainslie Street) & Cooper Park  OAC (288 Frost Street) offer a full schedule of fun social, nutritional, educational, and wellness activities.       Lindsay Park NORC

      Natural Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) at Lindsay Park, Brooklyn, provides a wide array of social services to seniors (60+) residing in Lindsay Park Cooperative that improves quality of life and supports older residents to age in place where they feel the most comfortable.

      • Physical & emotional health evaluations 
      • Educational and recreational workshops

      • Access to medical transportation
