We provide social services and housing assistance to individuals and families living in St. Nicks Alliance managed housing and serve more than 1200 households annually.
Resident Services
Our staff assists tenants with:
budgeting services that help residents stay in their homes
government benefits
accessing health and mental health resources
providing for food security
linking those in need to job training, home care, or other customized transformational services.
We also strive to further tenants’ social engagement by leading on-site educational and recreational activities and events and connecting tenants with civic engagement opportunities to become thriving members of the community.
