Promotional Ambassador

(Part-time or Full-time position)
We seek a personable and versatile promotional ambassador whose expertise translates into successful client referrals and increased brand recognition. In addition, they will support in-person promotion of and recruitment for services at community events.

SOCIAL SERVICES

Case Manager

(Full-time position)
The case manager  is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services for individuals and families in supportive housing as determined by in-depth screening and ongoing assessment. The case manager develops a service plan, makes needed referrals.

HOUSING JOBS

Property Manager Administrative Assistant

(Full-time position)

The administrative assistant under the direct supervision of the assistant director of Property Operations performs administrative services for the property management department with over 70 staff, which manages over 100 buildings and over 1500 apartments.

Superintendent

(Full-time position)
The Resident (live-in) working Superintendent performs maintenance and upkeep of assigned property managed by St. Nicks Alliance.

Lobby Attendant 

(Full-time position)

The lobby attendant is directly accountable for the building’s security and traffic control under the supervision of the property manager, the assistant director, and the director of property management. The attendant must maintain a professional presence and be always diligent and alert.

Custodian

(Full-time position)
This position is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within local and state compliance and regulations. The custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.

YOUTH & EDUCATION JOBS

DYCD Program Director

(Full-time position)

The DYCD program director serves as the site director for school-age child care licensing. They are the primary liaison between St. Nicks Alliance and school leadership and foster collaboration and alignment between
in-school and after-school initiatives.

Success Mentor/Assistant Director

(Full-time position)
The success mentor will work with chronically absent students, act as a coach and their trusted support.

Mobile Library Coordinator and Educator

(Full-time position)

The BK Story Voyager mobile library coordinator and educator will oversee all aspects of the BK Story Voyager, the flagship of St Nicks Alliance literacy immersion initiative, including its operations, events, and curriculum that will enable the BKSV to expand its reach.

Pre-K After-school Group Leader

(Part-time position)

The pre-K after-school group leader delivers early learning experiences that foster growth in key areas, including social-emotional development, literacy, science, language, STEM, physical education, and the arts. They support each child’s development in ways that are sensitive to their age, abilities, and individual learning stages.

Small World Early Childhood Center Teacher

(Full-time position)
The teacher will be responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum and addressing the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of the individual students in their care. They will provide a child-centered educational environment encouraging learning through exploration and discovery and promoting the development of a positive self-image. 

Elementary School Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor

After-school Group Leader

The part-time after-school group leader supports elementary and middle school students with completing their homework and developing strong study habits. Senior Business Developer, Building & Green Trades 

(Full-time position)
We are seeking a full-time senior business developer, building & green trades for our 92 Throop Avenue workforce development center and our housing development team in Brooklyn. We seek a senior developer to build and expand partnerships with developers and general contractors, expand current placements, and ensure employer satisfaction with our graduates in the construction, building, and green trades.

Green Trades Job Developer

(Full-time position)
We are seeking multiple candidates to serve as job developers with a focus on green trades in construction and environmental remediation. The goal of this role is to build employment and internship opportunities, successfully matching disconnected, underserved, unemployed or underemployed adults (18 and over) with sustainable career work and/or quality internships. 

Skills Training Case Coordinator

(Full-time position)
This position will be delivering wraparound supportive services such as case management, retention, transformational coaching, job readiness facilitation, and career coaching to un/under-employed working adults who are seeking skills training services in construction labor, environmental remediation, and additional pilot training tracks as they are funded. This position is intended to provide program participants with the training and resources they need to acquire employability training to be competitive in the job market and will be divided up as such: 50% case management/ retention- 20% transformational/ career coaching- 15% classroom facilitation – 15% participant recruitment.

Community Outreach Recruitment Coordinator

(Full-time position)

Our community outreach recruitment coordinator will support recruitment of a variety of trainings including construction, environmental remediation, HVAC, financial services, hemodialysis, and direct job placement support.

YouthBuild Job Developer

(Full-time position)
The YouthBuild job developer will be responsible for developing and building capacity/partnerships with potential employers in the construction, and healthcare fields. To also build employment opportunities and successfully match graduates of the construction and construction plus (healthcare) cohorts with employers in the construction, healthcare, and other related fields.

Tech Innovation Director

(Full-time position)

St Nicks Alliance seeks an experienced tech industry professional to vision, develop, support, and grow our occupational/sectoral training program in technology as well as lead the continued integration of digital literacy/technology skills in all of our Workforce Development programming. This staff position will work closely with senior staff, other staff working in our technology-focused programming, and employers to identify new opportunities in tech careers for our underrepresented technology participants, develop programming and curriculum, and develop strong connections to employers. They will also provide industry expertise and a deep understanding of the technology itself to improve and support existing programming and our staff working in tech programming. 

Tech Literacy Transformational Coach

(Full-time position)

In this role you will support our growing technology training, including providing direct support and resources to assist participants overcome barriers that prevent the achievement of industry certifications and educational and internship/employment goals. The training will provide industry certifications in data analytics, google data analytics and it, cybersecurity, Python, Microsoft Excel specialist, SQL, Power Bi, Tableau certifications.

Tech Internship and Employment Developer

(Full-time position)

 The tech internship and employment developer will work closely with the tech literacy program manager to ensure that the program selects the best-fit candidates from the local community who have an interest in developing a career pathway in technology. 

Adult Education ESOL Case Manager

(Full-time position)

St Nicks Alliance Adult Education seeks a case manager to support our ESOL education. The candidate must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strong writing and computer skills. They must be comfortable using databases and entering case notes. The candidate should have the ability to work with culturally diverse individuals while maintaining clear boundaries. They must have the ability to motivate others towards achieving their goals, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong sense of and respect for confidentiality.

Transformational Coach/Social Worker

(Full-time position)

St. Nicks Alliance Workforce Development Center/Young Adult Training Network will offer its in-school and out–of-school Train and Earn participants access to the on-site services of a Transformational Coach/Social Worker.
