The Clerk-Residential Assistant under the direct supervision of the Deputy Director of Supportive Housing performs administrative services for the Supportive Housing Program Residential Department and assist with serving over 300+ households.

Real Estate Project Manager

(Full-time position)
The real estate project manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate development for multiple affordable housing new construction and rehabilitation projects from project inception through construction completion and stabilization under the direction of the director of real estate development.

Area Property Manager

(Full-time position)
The area property manager is responsible for the economic strength and sustainability of assigned assets under the supervision of the assistant director of property operations. Responsibilities include participation in tenant selection and leasing, income certification and rent registration, rent and subsidy collection and arrears management, tenant relations, maintenance, internal and external reporting, performing within budget, purchasing, and day-to -day operations.

Property Manager Administrative Assistant

(Full-time position)

The administrative assistant under the direct supervision of the assistant director of Property Operations performs administrative services for the property management department with over 70 staff, which manages over 100 buildings and over 1500 apartments.

Superintendent

(Full-time position)
The Resident (live-in) working Superintendent performs maintenance and upkeep of assigned property managed by St. Nicks Alliance.

Lobby Attendant 

(Full-time position)

The lobby attendant is directly accountable for the building’s security and traffic control under the supervision of the property manager, the assistant director, and the director of property management. The attendant must maintain a professional presence and be always diligent and alert.

Custodian

(Full-time position)
This position is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within local and state compliance and regulations. The custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.

In this role you will support our growing technology training, including providing direct support and resources to assist participants overcome barriers that prevent the achievement of industry certifications and educational and internship/employment goals. The training will provide industry certifications in data analytics, google data analytics and it, cybersecurity, Python, Microsoft Excel specialist, SQL, Power Bi, Tableau certifications.

Tech Internship and Employment Developer
