Custodian
(Full-time position)
This position is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within Local and State compliance and regulations. The Custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down the stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.

Pre-K Afterschool Group Leader
(Full-time position)
You’ll provide early learning experiences in social-emotional development, literacy, science, language, STEM, physical education, and art. For example, snack, meeting time, read-alouds, songtime, center time, gross motor time (ie. dance/playground), and painting.
Small World Early Childhood Center Teacher
(Full-time position)
Under the direction of the Early Childhood Director, the head teacher will be responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum and addressing the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of the individual students in his/her

Full-time Data Manager
(Full-time position)
We are seeking an individual who is experienced and takes a keen interest in data and can oversee and maintain the overall integrity of the Workforce Development database systems with a special focus on the ETO software TouchPoint database system and its use to track and meet performance measures. General duties include coordinating; reviewing and ensuring data is properly captured in the database. In addition, the database manager will understand and advocate the long and short-term benefits of well managed and available data; be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and training to all staff and new users; resolving database problems or errors in a timely manner; and providing ongoing dashboards and reports to support internal and funder requirements.
