(Part-time position)
The St. Nicks Alliance part-time maintenance worker position works efficiently and effectively on maintaining facility functions. Duties include: cleaning, replenishing supplies, trash disposal, etc.

(Full-time position)
The real estate project manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate development for multiple affordable housing new construction and rehabilitation projects from project inception through construction completion and stabilization under the direction of the director of real estate development.
Area Property Manager
(Full-time position)
The area property manager is responsible for the economic strength and sustainability of assigned assets under the supervision of the assistant director of property operations. Responsibilities include participation in tenant selection and leasing, income certification and rent registration, rent and subsidy collection and arrears management, tenant relations, maintenance, internal and external reporting, performing within budget, purchasing, and day-to -day operations.

The Resident (live-in) working Superintendent performs maintenance and upkeep of assigned property managed by St. Nicks Alliance.
Custodian
(Full-time position)
This position is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within local and state compliance and regulations. The custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.

Pre-K Afterschool Group Leader
(Full-time position)
You’ll provide early learning experiences in social-emotional development, literacy, science, language, STEM, physical education, and art. For example, snack, meeting time, read-alouds, songtime, center time, gross motor time (ie. dance/playground), and painting.
Small World Early Childhood Center Teacher
(Full-time position)
Under the direction of the Early Childhood Director, the head teacher will be responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum and addressing the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of the individual students in his/her
care.
Elementary School Social Worker
(Full-time position)
Under the guidance of a clinical supervisor, the social worker will manage a caseload of approximately 25–35 children, providing both 1:1 counseling services and small group interventions using a variety of age-appropriate methods to meet and respond to the social, emotional, and mental health needs of students.
